Size: ~4.3 mm
Found on the ground near the parking lot of my office.

ID is based on Kelton, 1971 (1).
The key features are as follows:
1) pattern on hemelytra;
2) ventral surface mostly pale;
3) rostrum (around 1.58 mm) shorter than 1.7 mm
4) body length (around 4.3 mm) less than 4.8 mm; and
5) scutellum pale.
