Found on catnip, but it was just visiting. Lots of raspberry in the same vicinity.

Agrilus crinicornis?
According to Fisher 1928, Agrilus crinicornis has been collected on rasberry leaves. He also states that the antennae are longer than the pronotum and are hairy underneath; this distinguishes them from anything else in the genus. I'd say this is a good match. But wait for an expert.
