False Potato Beetle - Leptinotarsa juncta
Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA
This series of images was taken in the late 1980s. I did not record how much time it took from larva to beetle but is was in the same year. Larva feeds on Horse Nettle but was placed on another leaf for photography.
