Unknown conenose - Apiomerus crassipes

Size: 1/2 inch
I found this bug on our window seal. I'm hoping it's not an Eastern Blood-sucking Conenose. It was around 6:00pm. The bug backed up faced me as I approached it. It's chilled in the photo.
