Need help with this one. Found near large lake on a Live Oak.

Tussock
Now that we look closely, we see the obvious tussocks, The two tufts on each end, front and back say Dasychira. Your image is almost a duplicate of one in the new Wagner (1) page 444, Dasychira basiflava, Yellow-based Tussock Moth
