Don't know much about ants, but thought these were interesting.

or Lasius flavus
L. nearcticus has not been recorded from Colorado. A related species, L. fallax, is another possibility. Anyway, certainly one of the subgenus Cautolasius

Looks like a L. flavus group
A subterranean species. Might be L.nearcticus.
