Another possibility
It might also fit into the
Bassaniana
genus.

Bassaniana utahensis?
Looks a lot like a Bassaniana utahensis specimen of Rod Crawford's. Distribution would also fit, wouldn't it? This is hopefully one of the specimens that Tom is saving for me.

The flat/low carapace makes me think more of
Coriarachne sp.
