Ron, these are beautiful photos,
but not of any Nemomydas. That genus has a small proboscis which does NOT extend beyond the oral margin. This fly belongs in the genus Pseudonomoneura Bequaert. Wing venation is similar in both species, but the proboscis clearly sets them apart; see also photo by Joyce Gross (1), and the excellent page written by Aaron Schusteff (2), worth reading with care.
I double-checked today by using the key to genera in Cole (1).
