What regions is this located?
We were hiking in the Hocking Hills in Ohio this weekend? What an amazing creature of color. My four year old thought it was a caterpiller. The yellow legs are so vivid. Thank you !

It's a Polydesmidae, something like Apheloria virginiensis? Don't know them that well.

wow, great colors.
wow, that's pretty beast! I agree that it's a millipede but those colors are very strange, usually found in tropical animals.
