Cacoecimorpha pronubana
Seattle, King County, Washington, USA

Size: ~ 1.0 cm
Five of these moths were resting on separate ground cover in the same general vicinity along the Seattle downtown waterfront.

Looks Like 3678 - Cacoecimorpha pronubana
... a very variable introduced species. I'll try to get confirmation from an expert in the Wash. St. Dept. Agriculture.
