Little Carpenterworm Moth?
Eric, now that you gave me a place to start looking, I think this is Prionoxystus macmurtrei. It's the only Cossid that Covell's book says has translucent wings.

Cossidae.
I believe this is a cossid, maybe something new for the guide?
