Euryurus leachii? - Cherokia georgiana

Euryurus leachii? - Cherokia georgiana
Blount County, Alabama, USA
May 23, 2009
Is this Euryurus leachii? It looks slightly different from the other images, but I didn't find another close match.

Thanks!
Thanks very much for the ID help!

Not Euryurus, as body too wid
Not Euryurus, as body too wide in proportion to length and epiproct (= telson), at caudal end of body, is triangular instead of truncated. This is a Xystodesmidae, and with the slight medial enlargement of the segmental red bands (a semblance of a middorsal spot), I believe it is Cherokia georgiana latassa Hoffman, 1960. which occurs in that part of Alabama. I have collected this species/subspecies a lot over the years, and this is a typical color pattern; also it has more of a flattened segmental profile instead of convex, arched, or vaulted.
