You found yourself a Male Dwa
You found yourself a Male Dwarf Spider. The round bulbs are the palps, its like a sperm holder for the male spiders. Thats one way of knowing whether you have a male or female, but dont always base it on that!

Not sure the ID
But the "bulbs" are called Pedipalps, males have larger ones than females so I would assume this is a male.

and probably a dwarf spider of some kind. Compare with others here.
