I took this one home and chilled it, in order to get the diagnostic shots needed.

Prosapia bicincta
This is the black form of the two-lined spittle bug, showing the crimson venter. The superficially similar P. ignipectus has a black venter with the hind leg bases and leg joints contrastingly orange-red.
