superficial resemblance only -
This bee, as well as the other one you commented on, both have two submarginals; I also have the specimens.
Here's a suggestion: go to DiscoverLife. Instead of using the optional shortcut, just check 2 submarginal cells in the little box provided, & 'search'. Then take a look at the genera listed for this search on the left hand side...
