Size: 5 mm (approx.)
There were a lot of mosquitoes in the swamp. (Collected May 24, she sat in the refrigerator overnight before I took this picture.)

canadensis
This looks like Ochlerotatus c. canadensis. The white bands on the hind leg tarsal segments are on both sides of the joints and the last segment at the end of the leg is all white. Nice picture.
