I Spy (with my little eye) Something White.. - Apatelodes torrefacta

At first glance I wasn't sure if this fuzzy white thing was even a creature.
I went in for a closer look and noticed what appear to be black antenna and black eyes.
It's hard to tell in this photo, but it also has black spikes down it's back.
