Size: 5.5 mm
I have found several bark lice with mites attached this weekend. Mr. Belov has tentatively IDed this one and I have no reason to doubt it after checking the guide, but I'll let all the experts weigh in and move it around at will.

parasitic wasp egg maybe ?
That looks a lot like a parasitic wasp egg, useless those white lines are legs. Not sure who goes after bark lice, but I've seen very similar looking on tree crickets.
