Handsome fungus beetle - Endomychus biguttatus
Chantilly, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA
June 7, 2009
Size: ~ 4.5 mm
It was rescued from ants, but it already lost one antenna and several legs. My best guess is Endomychus biguttatus.
