Went hiking at Purisima Creek Redwood Preserve and found this large millipede moving across the trail. Of course, I had to snap a shot. Part of the flat-backed millipede?

Yes.
Probably the genus Harpaphe. Pretty! Don't lick one, though, their defensive secretion is a cyanide compound.

Thanks Eric! I did not let it touch me, but the stick was the closest I did get in order to get a good photo.
