Ophiderma flava?
Chris Dietrich thinks this might be "a male Ophiderma evelyna, although the color seems a bit atypical" which is putting it mildly; and anyway, yours seems to have the long abdomen of a female.

Earlier, Chris had sent me a photo of a female O. flava that has a similar mid-dorsal ridge and color, but the crest seems higher in front than in your picture.

I think you should watch for other specimens, and if possible, a nymph as well.

Atymna
Ophiderma don't have that distinct ridge down the back. On the other hand, I've never seen anything this color. I'll have to ask an expert.
