My friend found this spider in her bathroom and brought it over for me to get pics. Not sure what it is exactly.

That's a ground spider -- Her
That's a ground spider -- Herpyllus, probably Herpyllus ecclesiasticus. Common and harmless (notice the "exclamation mark" on the back).
