What is this insect? - Acanalonia

This insect jumps a VERY large distance. It is carrying a fluffy or feather-like thing on it's tail side or maybe this is some sort of tail.

Looks to be an Acanalonia nymph
Search in the guide under Acanalonia and you should find them.
