Size: pinhead
Others have posted similar pictures. There were 3 clusters of these little spiderlings in a one foot area on a low shrub in the neighborhood.

Araneus diadematus possible
but unless you follow these and capture images when they are more mature I don't think the ID can be certain.

Orb weavers?
They have the same markings as the orb weavers that hatched on our potting bench this spring and last spring. This shows one of the babies at age 52 days:
