Is this some type of wolf spider?

Giant house spider, juvenile male
is my guess. I recently found one that was on the smaller side as well and an expert said "Most likely juvenile T.gigantea. (aka the poorly supported name duellica)". These are pretty common here in the Northwest. They are closely related to the notorious Hobo Spider.
