Orb weaver, Neoscona ? has some leg bands

Don't think I've got eye arrangement on this one.

Neoscona does seem likely
Though I don't think the leg bands clinch that. Also, once I get past family level, the eyes don't make much difference either. We've been IDing these pretty much based on pattern which is hard to see here.
