Found on a Northern Bayberry leaf enclosed in a thin, paper-like casing. Any ideas?

Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines. Cameraria picturatella seems to be the only option. We have no images of the adult moth, but you can see photos of some of its relatives here.

Moved from ID Request. This is a leaf-mining larva--it was feeding on the tissue between the epidermal layers of the leaf, and the paperlike casing was the leaf's upper epidermal layer. It should be possible to figure out the species since the host plant and mine type are known...
