Small black bug - Nabicula subcoleoptrata
Heritage Valley, Allamakee County, Iowa, USA

Size: 8-9 mm
Dorsal view was just black wings w/o markings, unable to get a clear picture from top tonight. Found a lot of these sweep netting. Did not appear to have wings.
