Tibicen sp. - FEMALE (possibly T. auletes)
It's difficult, if not nearly impossible, to say with certainty the species; however, I am quite certain it is a Tibicen and strongly lean towards Tibicen auletes (eye color and overall appearance).

This is definately a cicada emerging from its juvinille skin. NO IDEA what sub, tho.
