It does have quite a few legs. Thanks I'll put it with the sawfly larva pictures.

 
Don't think it's sawfly
No legs on abdominal segments 1 and 2. Prolegs very visible on abdominal segments 3 through 6. This is probably some leaf rolling moth. We'd move it back to Lepidoptera
