I've made a couple of bad assumptions regarding IDs lately, so I'm going out on a limb here and guessing this to be a ladybird. :-)

Harmonia axyridis
Harmonia axyridis, multicolored Asian lady beetle. The pattern on this species is quite variable, here's one with a similar color and spot-arrangement to yours.
