Black wasp - Phanagenia bombycina - female

Black wasp - Phanagenia bombycina - Female
Fontenelle Forest, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, USA
June 16, 2009
Size: approx. 3/4"
This small wasp was photographed on a rock wall. It was quite active but stopped long enough for a quick shot. Any help with ID appreciated.

Thanks,

Apologies.
Sorry this escaped my attention initially. Looks like a female spider wasp, Phanagenia bombycina. Nice shot.

Phanagenia bombycina!
Thanks, Eric, for your reply. We had given up hope of getting this one identified.
