Unknown Spider - Oxyopes salticus

Can anyone ID this? I found it running across my carpet. It was rather rambunctious and when I poked at it with a pencil tip it appeared to try to jab its fangs at it. I'm wondering if it could be what was responsible for my bite two weeks ago - which left me with what looked and felt like a bad burn the size of a silver dollar.

Lynx Spider
It's one of the lynx spiders from the family Oxyopidae. This is a male.

These spiders are not dangerous and I would be reluctant to blame skin lesions on this guy, let along other spiders.
