As currently defined...
though I'm not sure how rigorous the character really is, these insects belong in the genus Lophoscutus. The scutellar spot is small and limited to the base of the carina.

Update: This, like the other image, could be Macrocephalus arizonicus as well. M. arizonicus was synonymized with M. uhleri. Then uhleri was pulled to Lophoscutus and M. arizonicus was re-instated but stayed in Macrocephalus. So I'm not entirely sure, I realized this after I'd already made the comment. Plus, there only so many macrocephaline species found in AZ. I'll have to come back to this image. Sorry to be so hasty.
