Salticidae...Platycryptus? - Oxyopes scalaris Philly Area, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA

Found several on a bush. I think they were praying on the recently hatched mantis that were populating the bush, but I never saw a kill or the remnants of one. From its movements and appearance, I believe it's Salticidae, but can't seem to narrow it down further than that
