The large size, coloration, antennae with filiform flagellum, an elongate abdomen which flattens out apically, a long ovipositor, and strongly impressed notauli indicate a female in this subfamily.

I presume. One of our experts might know the subfamily or beyond... Do you know why your recent posts have strange characters in the title??

 
The system
won't let me leave the name-space blank. Obviously this is a "wasp" but typing that doesn't lead to any greater understanding or enlightenment - plus I have at least five "wasps" from that location. Using a single unique character helps me keep track of updates on those pictures. If this is causing consternation, please let me know.
