Me Neither!
Terry Harrison, our micro expert at MPG, tells me this is a micro-caddisfly (Hydroptilidae). Shucks, I thought we had another really neat moth.

 
I was afraid of that.
I found one of these that was similar, but larger, many years ago, and it turned out to be a caddisfly too. The hairy back had me wondering, and it seems I was right. Drat!
