I thought a Spangled but now I have my doubts. There seems to be a good deal more cream than I'm used to seeing. Sorry for the lack of an underwing

That looks good to me. I was only searching the Greater Fritillaries.
Looking closely at the other picture I only now noticed that she seems to be ovipositing. And that looking at the plant she is perched on... Passionflower Vine which is listed as the larvea's favorite host plant.
