Spider with an aura - Oecobius

Spider with an aura - Oecobius
DeSoto, Dallas County, Texas, USA
June 26, 2009
Size: 5mm or less
On my garage door. I took three pictures and they all turned out exactly the same--I know it wasnt my camera, so maybe it was the 101 degree heat, the reflected sunlight or a fuzzy spider!

Wall Spider?
I'm no expert, but this reminds me of the Family Oecobiidae

You must be right
because they all have that fuzzy look about the head! How weird! Now that I look more closely, it seems that the fuzziness is actually from an area with a lack of "fuzz!"
