Tox
Looks to be Toxorhynchites, probably rutilis. I would say that this is a female, due to the less plumose antennae. Beautiful mosquitoes, and neither the male nor female bite. Larvae are predaceous on mosquitoes and other aquatic larvae. I suppose the key feautures of this genus for field ID are huge size and curved proboscis.
