i agree with zebra jumper, Salticus scenicus
Looks like the hungry one I found. I think this is the only Salticid with this striped appearance.

 
There's others out there, in Salticus...
but they're not nearly as common in the U.S./Canada as this one. S. austinensis in Texas and S. palpalis in California are both striped similar to this. Outside the Nearctic are another 40+ species in Salticus, many of them with nearly identical patterns.

Looks like
a ♀ Zebra Spider to me, but I am not an expert.

I had actually been calling it the zebra spider, since it looked like a zebra to me. Must have to the people who name these guys, too!
