Mystery dragon - female

Mystery dragon - Female
Jupiter, Palm Beach County, Florida, USA
June 30, 2009
I usually like to research my images a little more before posting, but I don't have my guides with me in Florida. Whatever it is, I am guessing its a mature specimen with its damaged wings and darker coloration.

This is the only shot I got of it before it fluttered off...any ideas? Perhaps it's a female Scarlet skimmer?
