Characteristic features?
Hi, Lynette-
What are the typical visual characteristics for N. litigiosa? I would guess:
1) Pale prosoma with dark medial line broken up by at least one "cross dash"
2) White abdomen with thin dark medial line and characteristic (dark) markings in posteriodorsal region
3) long, fine legs, dark or greenish in color
What about region -- NW US?

Rod told me
"The diagonal streaks on the lower half of the side view are
pretty diagnostic. The only similar spider is N.radiata which has a
dark carapace with light rim."
Compared to E. ovata, which I thought looked similar it does have greyish or greenish legs, so I would say your description is a good one. I don't know the region.
