Second look
Ashley, after looking at this specimen and the enlargement you provided, I don't see anything that is inconsistent with a hydropsychid ID. The wing shape, palps, spur pattern, and absence of ocelli all seem to fit. Your original placement was probably correct. Sorry to make you bounce this one around.
