possibly neither
The reference photos at MPG were mixed up at one time and may still be. This section of the guide needs much work. Genus level would be a safe bet for now.

OK, but I was going by BOLD and Tortricid.com which in this case does agree with MPG.
Edit - Yes, I know that BOLD is always suspect.

I think you might be right. I dug up a couple of the old photos and sharpened them and will post a set on the FB Mothing and Moth-watching group. The new photos are just a bit sharper and clearer than these. Thanks for looking at the moth.

Thanks. This was one of those moths that was resting on the upper side of a leaf in an open area with good lighting. Just my luck to be there at the right time.
