Size: ~3-4mm
This is a poor specimen which I damaged during capture, but it looks like a
Brachymyrmex
to me.

Lasius
In the size range stated and with those relatively long antennal scapes (first segment), it is certain this is not the much smaller Brachymrmex, but rather the common Lasius neoniger.
