Sphaerophoria sp. ? - Sphaerophoria - Female

Size: ~7mm total length.
Saw this guy on yarrow in our garden, looks like it might be a Sphaerophoria of some kind, but different from the Sphaerophorias which I've previously seen in our garden . (live oak/chaparral habitat).
