Is this a female Rambur's Forktail? I've never seen one in Ohio before.

Notice the THIN black humeral stripe on the thorax (missing in Rambur's)
Notice how the orange color at the base of the abdomen extends onto
abdominal segment 3 (only extends as far as abd. seg. 2 in Rambur's)
