Yours looks blue. I have yet to get a shot of a blue one vs. green. I think they're a little bit better looking.

I recently moved to this area from Hawai`i. I've yet to see a green one, but my field time here has been limited.

Thank you, Natalie! Appears the species "Calopteryx maculata" is referred to as both Ebony Jewelwing and Black-winged here on BugGuide. The preponderance of images are the former, so I've changed the common name accordingly.
