Robber fly to ID if poss. - Nicocles rufus

Found this insect in the garden today. The first time I have seen one this colour this year. Any further info would be appreciated. Thanks

Isn't this the Nicocles rufus again? The one that you shot earlier in the year?

Robber fly
I thought I had only seen a brown one this year. I can't recall having this coloured one named when I posted a similar one last year, but I may be wrong. Thank you for your post, now I know.
